How do I reserve items?

Send us an email at wildvioletrentals@gmail.com with a list of items you’d like to reserve along with quantities. We will provide you with an estimate and confirm availability of the items before sending over an invoice and contract. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve pieces. Full payment is due two weeks before the event.

Is there a minimum requirement for orders?

No! You can rent any amount of items for your event, big or small - whether it be a wedding or a picnic.

Do you offer package deals?

Yes we do! We offer a 10% discount off of any place setting of 5 more pieces. Pieces that count towards a 5 piece setting include chargers, plates, goblets, and flatware.

Can I see your inventory in person?

We are available for viewing items in person by appointment only. We are located in Sulphur Springs, Texas. You can set up an appointment by calling, texting, or sending us an email at wildvioletrentals@gmail.com.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, credit card, Paypal, and Venmo.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, you may make changes up to seven days before your event based on the availability of items desired.

Can I pick up my items? What about deliveries?

You may pick up your items in Sulphur Springs free of charge. We ask that you take care when loading and unloading and have a secure place in your vehicle for transport. We’ll have your items packed up for you.

We will deliver to your event for a fee based on delivery distance, feel free to reach out to us for a quote!

How long is the rental period?

Our standard rental period includes the day before and the day after your event.

How far in advance do I need to make my reservation?

Our items are rented on a first come, first serve basis so we recommend making a reservation as soon as you’re set on what you’d like to book!

What happens if I break or damage an item?

We understand that it happens. Please let us kn0w what is broken or damaged. We will charge a fee for repairing or cleaning the item, or for the cost of replacing items damaged beyond repair.

Do items need to be cleaned before being returned?

Cleaning is included in the rental cost. Pieces are clean and ready for use for your event. Tableware only needs to be returned emptied and scraped clean of food. We will handle the rest!

Feel free to reach out and let us know what you’re looking for! We are constantly updating our inventory and searching for pieces to add. We will do our best to find what you’re looking for within a reasonable time frame and fit for our inventory. Are we a few pieces short for your event’s place settings? Please let us know and we will try to fill in the gaps where we can!
